Lovely people, but the delays hurtI want to be fair here because the editing on my memoir was really good. They caught things I'd read past a hundred times. But my formatted proofs came a week late and I'd already booked a launch at the local library and told everyone about it. Had to push it back and it was pretty embarrassing. Nobody was rude, I just wish someone had told me sooner instead of me chasing emails. 3 stars because the book itself turned out well.

Thanks for the honest feedback, Tom. You're right that we should have flagged the delay sooner, and that's on us. We've since changed how we schedule formatting so deadlines are realistic from the start. Glad the edit itself hit the mark, and congratulations on the launch.
